PAGCOR Responsible Gaming Framework

Play Smart. Play Safe. Play at jwhub.

Gaming at jwhub is meant to be entertainment – the same kind of excitement you feel watching a PBA Game 7 or a big boxing bout, only interactive. We want that experience to stay enjoyable. This page explains the tools, resources, and rules jwhub has in place to help every Filipino player keep it that way.

21+

Minimum Age Requirement

Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations require all online casino-category gaming platform users to be at least 21 years of age. This is not optional – it is a legal requirement that jwhub enforces strictly for every registered account.

Age Verification at jwhub

jwhub operates under a PAGCOR license, which means the 21+ age rule isn't just written in our Terms & Conditions – it's actively enforced at every stage of the account lifecycle. When you register, you self-declare your date of birth. Before your first withdrawal, you complete KYC identity verification using a government-issued Philippine ID.

If our systems detect inconsistencies in age information, or if a third party reports that an account may belong to a person under 21, jwhub immediately suspends the account and initiates a formal review. Any account confirmed to belong to a minor is permanently closed and the matter is reported to PAGCOR as required by our licensing obligations.

We also encourage parents and guardians to use parental control software on shared devices to prevent minors from accessing online gaming platforms. If you believe a minor has registered on jwhub, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

Accepted Age Verification IDs: PhilSys National ID, UMID (SSS/GSIS), Philippine Passport, Driver's License, Voter's ID, PRC Professional ID, Postal ID, or any other PAGCOR-approved government-issued ID bearing your full name, photo, and date of birth.

Your Responsible Gaming Toolkit

All six tools below are built directly into your jwhub account dashboard and are free to use at any time. No need to contact support to activate most of them.

Deposit Limits

Set a maximum deposit amount per day, per week, or per month. Once your limit is reached, no further deposits are accepted until the limit period resets. You can lower your limit at any time – it takes effect immediately. Increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period to give you time to reflect on the decision.

Loss Limits

Define the maximum amount you are comfortable losing in a given time period. When your net losses reach that threshold, your account is automatically restricted from further wagering until the period resets. This tool helps prevent chasing losses – one of the most common patterns in problem gambling behavior.

Session Time Limits

Set a maximum session length – from 30 minutes to 8 hours. When your session time expires, jwhub displays a notification and optionally logs you out. Time passes differently when you're in the zone betting on a live PBA game at midnight, so having a hard time limit is a practical way to protect your sleep and daily routine.

Reality Check Reminders

Set interval reminders – every 30 minutes, hourly, or at a custom interval – that pop up on your screen showing your current session time, net win/loss, and a prompt asking if you'd like to continue. These gentle check-ins are designed to break the flow of continuous play and bring your attention back to how long and how much you've been gaming.

Cooling-Off Period

Take a short break from jwhub without permanently closing your account. A cooling-off period temporarily suspends your ability to log in and wager for a set duration of your choice. During a cooling-off period, all marketing communications from jwhub are also automatically paused so you don't receive promotional messages while you're taking a break.

Self-Exclusion

The most powerful tool available. Self-exclusion completely blocks your access to jwhub for a period you choose. For exclusions of 7 days or longer, this cannot be reversed mid-period – and that's intentional. If you feel your gaming has become a problem, self-exclusion is the right move. We'll always support that decision without question or persuasion to continue.

How to Self-Exclude on jwhub

The process takes under two minutes. No phone calls, no waiting period, no persuasion attempts from our side.

1
Log in to your jwhub account

Access your account at jwhub.cam using your registered Philippine mobile number and password. If you have two-factor authentication enabled, complete that step as usual.

2
Go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming

Click your account icon in the top right corner, navigate to Account Settings, then select the "Responsible Gaming" tab from the left menu.

3
Select Self-Exclusion and choose your period

Choose from 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Read the confirmation notice carefully – it explains exactly what the exclusion covers.

4
Confirm your decision

Enter your account password to confirm. Self-exclusion activates immediately upon confirmation. You will receive an SMS and email confirming the exclusion period and its end date.

5
Your account is locked – marketing stops immediately

Login access is blocked for the duration. All marketing emails, SMS promotions, and push notifications are suspended. Your account balance is preserved and accessible when the exclusion ends.

Need help activating self-exclusion? If you're unable to log in or prefer not to, contact our 24/7 support team via live chat or email at [email protected] and a support agent will activate self-exclusion on your behalf – no questions asked, no delay.

Smart Budget Tips

Set a fixed entertainment budget

Treat your jwhub deposit like a cinema or restaurant budget – an amount you're comfortable spending on entertainment, not money you need for bills, rent, or family expenses.

Never chase losses

If you've hit your loss limit for the day, stop. The temptation to win it back with bigger bets is where losses escalate. jwhub's loss limit tool exists specifically to help with this.

Use GCash or Maya for natural limits

Loading a specific amount to your GCash or Maya wallet before depositing creates a natural financial boundary – once that wallet balance is gone, you can't deposit more without a deliberate reloading step.

Avoid late-night sessions

Tired players make worse decisions. Setting a session time limit that ends by a reasonable hour protects both your judgment and your sleep – both of which affect your real-life performance the next day.

Warning Signs of Problem Gambling

Gambling becomes a problem when it stops being entertainment and starts affecting your finances, relationships, or daily life. These are signs to watch for in yourself or someone you care about.

Spending more money on gambling than you originally planned, or more than you can afford to lose.

Borrowing money, selling belongings, or taking out loans specifically to fund gambling activity.

Feeling restless, irritable, or anxious when you try to reduce or stop gambling.

Chasing losses – immediately returning to bet more after losing in an attempt to recover money.

Lying to family members – asawa, magulang, or kaibigan – about how much time or money you spend gambling.

Gambling to escape stress, depression, or personal problems rather than for entertainment.

Missing work, school, or family responsibilities due to time spent gambling online.

Needing to gamble with larger and larger amounts to feel the same excitement or "rush."

Making repeated unsuccessful attempts to control, cut back, or stop gambling.

Relying on others to bail you out of financial difficulties caused by gambling.

Neglecting personal hygiene, meals, or sleep because of gambling sessions.

Feeling that gambling is the only thing that provides relief, excitement, or purpose in your day.

If three or more of these signs apply to you or someone you know, it may be time to seek support. Problem gambling is a recognized health condition – getting help is a sign of strength, not weakness. jwhub's self-exclusion tool is available right now, and external support is listed below.

The National Center for Mental Health (NCMH) in Mandaluyong, Metro Manila provides professional mental health services including for addiction and compulsive behaviors. Problem gambling often overlaps with anxiety, depression, and stress – NCMH clinicians are equipped to address all of these together in a holistic way.

jwhub's commitment under PAGCOR's Responsible Gaming Framework: We conduct regular training for all customer-facing staff on identifying signs of problem gambling. We maintain a National Exclusion Database integration as required by PAGCOR so that players who self-exclude through PAGCOR's central registry are also blocked from jwhub. We conduct annual independent responsible gaming compliance audits.

What jwhub Promises Its Players

Responsible gaming isn't just a compliance checkbox at jwhub. Here's what we actively commit to.
